Job Description
ZenGo is looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our growing Business Operations team at a student position. You will support the company’s Business Operations efforts with conducting market research, ongoing analysis of the business data and research & implementation of Tools . Great opportunity to learn and enter the exciting world of web 3.
Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Mapping of competing features in other wallets, Mapping of alternative partners in ZenGo, Etc
- Data Analysis: Ongoing analysis of the business data (performance and improvements), User analysis flows , Deep-dive analysis with conclusions
- Business Operations
- Assist in curating and overseeing operational processes in the company
- Presentations / process building / project management
- Research & Implementation of Tools: Customer Operations tools, Bulk crypto payments, etc.
Qualifications:
- A second/third year student with a BA in Business / Economics or any relevant field
- Excellent written and spoken English
- High motivation and enthusiasm
- Availability for at least 3 days a week
- Basic knowledge of the crypto space – advantage
- Availability for immediate start- advantage
